Diva is generally better, specially for PVP. Could go Pure HV or Pure HP. I'd say probably HP?

Exclude the LifeTO folder from your antivirus and check files.

Try doing them when you don't have the quest in your log. This is a drop rate issue from eTO I believe. For some reason people always get them more when they don't have the quest in their log.

Prima's good if you really like Evo but other than that most people choose Diva because Prima gets boring for some people pretty quickly. You could go HP if you want extra damage to your 2 AoEs. AP & HV aren't bad either. or.. could just do WT. (Do AP if you go Prima though because Evo only takes in your base AP)
