CardUI issues

Question

Hi all,

Having issues since the recent patch with the Card UI. The window is selectable, but options are not clickable (ie. "-", "X" and the drop down box does not work).

Have already done the following:

- Deleted UI & UInori folders, and clicked the "Check Files" option

- Completed a fresh re-install with the latest v06022018 client.

Any ideas on a fix?

Mhm. It seems like a graphics card issue. Try updating the driver.

Thanks for the reply guys, updated my graphics driver to the latest patch. Still to no avail, issue remains.

I'm thinking it may have happened after i purchased some Secret Cards off Marketplace? I've done CI but haven't actually rolled for any yet, which leads me to suspect that to cause the glitch.

The cardUI glitching out is a known issue when playing on different resolutions. 
I'm not sure on which resolution you are playing at the moment, but try the default and let me know how it goes.

Tried the default resolution, same issue:

-forgot to mention i'm playing on Windows 7 Home premium

Logging onto an Alt account, and no issues to be had.

Confirms the issue is account based.

Just an idea, go into Options (O) -> UI tab and click the blue button Default. That should reset everything.

Appreciate the help! Unfortunately, didn't fix the issue. Purchased a skill card to see if updates in general. Looks like it updates, just not responsive.

Ended up doing a full clean and upgrading to Win10. No longer have the card issue, but now have the Win10 "freezing randomly" issue. Thanks for all the help :)
