resolved Sara Exchange NPC from fiesta missing ??

I tried fiesta..
got fiesta marbles, but cant find SARA to exchange them with ?
Bug ? Removed ? or not implemented ??

its just drills,potion and a fugly pet
mainly i just wanted free drills and free hype potions

Upon checking, the exchange NPC you're referring to is an event. You may post a suggestion to implement it permanently. ~
